Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections. Heavy sand entering several of the ducts from the joints that are separated and severely rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring the metal joints then spray lining system with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Duct run was blocked by sand that is coming from the plenum. Plenum is heavily rusted and causing sand to be found throughout.

Televised and measured for liner. Liner needs to go from cast to clay to approximately 16-17ft downstream.
We are cleaning all of the sand and debris out of the heavily rusted underground air ducts. We are then going to apply our Trenchless cast mortar to all of the duct work to create a strong concrete structure. Lastly, we will apply two applications of our rubberized duct lining product to all of the underground duct work to completely encapsulate them. Sand and debris will no longer enter the system and blow throughout the church.
